At Commonwealth Coders and Cyber, our Career Services program is designed to provide students and professionals alike with the support needed to succeed in their chosen career paths. Our experienced team of experts provides guidance for a variety of tech-related job roles, whether you are just starting out or have been in the industry for years. We offer personalized coaching that helps you develop your skills, land interviews, and secure employment. Students need to interact with Career Services we can’t want it more than you.

At the start of the program, students will attend an orientation session in which they will be introduced to the Career Services team and receive an overview of the resources they’ll have access to. This includes career readiness workshops, weekly newsletters, events with hiring partners, and more. Our team will also help students identify their professional goals and interests, enabling them to gain clarity about what kind of job they’d like to pursue in the tech sector. Our team provides personalized coaching and support throughout the entirety of the student’s training program with us.

During the program, students will learn essential career-building skills such as networking, resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job search strategies. As students move through the program they have access to one-on-one guidance from experienced professionals who understand the tech industry and can help them identify opportunities for success. Additionally, our career coaches will actively connect students with employers who are looking for candidates with their specific skill sets. Students will be regularly informed about upcoming industry events, conferences, or job fairs where they can meet potential employers either face-to-face or virtually.

After completing the program, students will be better equipped to navigate the job market with confidence. Our Career Services team provides an invaluable resource for our students and alumni by equipping them with the tools needed for success in today’s competitive job market.
